Born in the Dominican Republic into a family of artists, Eric was educated in the arts at an early age. However it was not until his adulthood, that he was visually influenced by the seascape of the northern coast of Dominican Republic.
Eric, being a great lover and practitioner of surfing, describes himself as an artist who portrays in his work the great magic of the ocean, marine life and the landscape of the northern Dominican coast.
Eric is an avid surfer and nature lover, activities that he practices and promotes through his ecological and sports foundation "Fundato.org".
When he is not travelling, Eric spends most of his life in the Dominican Republic, where he usually finds inspiration to paint.
His works have been appreciated and sold in different parts of the world such as USA, Mexico, England, Switzerland and Germany, among others.
